This Privacy Policy is issued by w500, the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at w500.asia (the "Platform"). w500 acts as the Personal Information Controller with respect to the personal data of Players and visitors as defined under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines ("DPA"), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

The w500 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. w500 does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated Account. If you believe a minor has registered on w500, please notify us immediately at [email protected].
w500 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a notice displayed prominently on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
