All funds in your Account are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). w500 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
w500 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Processing of withdrawals subject to such checks may take additional time.
From time to time, w500 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered.

w500's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
w500 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party network failures may occasionally affect accessibility. w500 will endeavour to notify Players of scheduled maintenance in advance but accepts no liability for unavailability of the platform.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. By using w500, you acknowledge that you may lose the funds you wager and that such losses are your sole responsibility. w500 does not guarantee any outcome in any game.

You may close your w500 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, w500 will process any pending withdrawal of your Account balance (subject to KYC completion) and deactivate your Account within a reasonable time.
w500 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account and withhold any balance pending investigation if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) w500 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system; (c) you are found to be ineligible to hold an Account; or (d) required by PAGCOR or any applicable regulatory or law enforcement authority.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels. The parties agree that Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the above process.
